Junior Executive, Retail Banking

• Assist in daily office administration work, compiling sales claim, sales call report and sales planning activity report by daily/ monthly/ quarterly. 
• Assist in any execution of marketing-related projects for sales. 
• conduct market research and identify business opportunities. 
• Assist Team Leader in developing major goals to support functional objectives and strategies.
• Compile and generate sales monthly report, sales incentive and others ad hoc sales metrics and provide sales forecasting. 
• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data. 
• Create and organize communications for presentations, training decks and marketing materials. 
• Responsible for scheduling and preparing the Retail Banking team meeting and other administrative work. 
• Written minutes of meeting and other ad hoc clerical task. 
• To ensure comply with approved SOPs and Policies. 
• Implement the additional task required by the management when required. 
• Maintain a good relationship and cooperation with internal and external. 

Requirement

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in financial institution in retail banking. 
• Understand the sales principles and customer service practices.
• Experience in administration and high-volume office work. 
• Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. 
• Strongly skilled in data entry including basic mathematics and reporting skills. 
• Computer literacy, IT skills and writing skills. 
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus. 
• independent and self-motivated team player.
