POSITION OVERVIEW
- Contacting assigned customers through phone call to inform them about a specific service / product and convince them to purchase
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call the selected customers to sell service / product
- Share the selling points for service / product
- Answer questions about service / product
- Recommend service / product based on customers need
- Take detailed call notes and record any feedback
- Follow up payment with the potential customers
- Meet daily / monthly call target
- Meet monthly / quarterly / sales target
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): responsibility, cooperative, ability, details oriented.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience working in Call Centre will be an added advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
