Junior Field Marketing Executive (Events-Focused)

We’re seeking a Junior Field Marketing Executive to assist with marketing activities in Malaysia, with a strong emphasis on events and local marketing.

This is a practical role perfect for someone at the start of their career who enjoys organising events, managing logistics, and collaborating closely with teams to animate marketing campaigns. You will support B2B events, partner initiatives, and local campaigns, while gaining insight into how marketing drives business growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

EVENTS & FIELD MARKETING

• Support execution of B2B events (roundtables, networking sessions, industry events).
• Assist with event logistics (venues, vendors, materials, coordination).
• Manage registrations, guest lists, and communications.
• Support on-site event setup and coordination.
• Track attendance and leads after events.

PARTNER & MARKETING SUPPORT

• Assist with partner marketing activities (events, simple campaigns).
• Help prepare marketing materials (slides, emails, basic assets).
• Support coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.

CAMPAIGN & COORDINATION

• Assist with campaign execution and tracking (e.g. email invites, simple reporting).
• Maintain basic trackers for events and marketing activities.
• Support general coordination across teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or coordination roles.
• Experience supporting or organising events (corporate or B2B preferred).
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on, on-site work.
• Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
