You’ll create impact by: 

• Leading corporate financial planning: Driving both top-down and bottom-up budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Delivering comprehensive financial insights: Consolidating and reporting financial performance across Regional, Countries, and Functions.
• Ensuring financial discipline: Executing key cost controlling activities including reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Driving financial improvements: Developing and implementing cost optimization measures.
• Supporting strategic business changes: Participating in carve-in/out activities, including baselining and pricing strategies.
• Contributing to strategic projects and process excellence: Engaging in initiatives like benchmarking and shared services roadmaps, fostering continuous process improvement.
• Managing diverse responsibilities and potentially leading teams: Handling various planning and reporting activities, with potential for team leadership roles.

• Qualifications and Experience: Holding a degree in Accounting and Finance with 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a Controlling function within multinational companies.
• Professional Credentials: Possessing essential ACCA qualifications.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong SAP (FICO module) skills preferred.
• Key Skills: Demonstrating strong independent work ethic, self-motivation, analytical skills, and adaptability.
• Team Collaboration: Being a collaborative team player who can provide guidance and support to colleagues.
