Penerangan Pekerjaan - Junior HR Executive

JobResponsibilities:

Salary / Payroll Management & HRAdministration

  • Preparesmonthly salary (OT calculations, allowances, deductions,etc.)
  • Responsible for recruitment process whichincludes job posting advertisement, screening, arranging forinterview appointments, and preparing appointmentletters.
  • Assists to ensure that the newemployee is smoothly integrated into the Company by giving relevantinformation and briefing of contract employment, key performanceindicator (KPI), job description and relatedmatters.
  • Maintains the work structure byupdating job description and job requirement for allpositions.
  • Ensures employees record andpersonnel files are up-to-date.
  • Monitors andprocesses HR related matters (staff confirmation, contract renewal,promotion, adjustment, appraisal andtermination).
  • Organizes and assists in Due /Domestic Inquiry and conducts employeecounselling.
  • Attends to grievances /disciplinary matters in accordance with Company’s Policy (preparereminder/ warning/ show cause/ notice of inquiry/ appointment ofpanel letters).
  • Ensures all relevant daily HRoperations are in compliance with company rules and regulations aswell as with all Governmentrequirements.
  • Liaises with the relevantGovernment Agencies & Authorities for any human resourcematter.

ISO RelatedMatters

  • Developing theyearly Training Needs Analysis and yearly Training Calendar byassisting superior in identifying and planning necessary trainingsfor the personnel involved in the supply chainactivities/operations and period the training to satisfy theseneeds.
  • Maintaining all training records andstaff competencies.
  • Coordinates In-house /External Training for employees and ensures training assessment arecompleted by employees.
  • Ensures all thedocumentation for the HR department complies with QualityManagement System (QMS) and Regulatory Compliance System(RCS).
  • Carries out any other tasks or projectsthat are being assigned by the Management from time totime.
