JUNIOR HR EXECUTIVE - Urgent Position

Human Resources 

1. Handle full process of recruitment in terms of sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting and also hiring of potential candidates to fill up the vacant positions based on the expectations and needs of the hiring managers.
2. On-boarding process for new join employee
3. Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with ISO 9001:2015
4. Arrange and coordinate training requirement for all employees
5. Manage HRDC portal and liaise with HRD Corp
6. Manage employees training record, training plan & training needs analysis
7. Prepare training report
8. Handling misconduct case such as issue show cause letter, warning letter and manage employee grievance.
9. Counselling sessions to be done to employees when required from time to time.

Foreign Workers Management

1. Oversee the full spectrum of recruitment of foreign workers management from the recruiting and staffing activities, manage on boarding including accommodation in the hostel.
2. Ensure compliance in policies and procedures with regards to foreign workers issues and statutory requirements.
3. Coordinates of foreign worker's administration such as arrangement FOMEMA.
4. Responsible for work permit/employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo.
5. Main liaison between Immigration, JTK, & Foreign Workers/ Agents.
6. Liaise with Immigration officer over the counter when necessary. 

Job Requirement

1. Possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other related field/qualifications.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience.
3. Accountability, proactive and protective of confidential information with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask.
4. Well versed in Malaysian Labour Laws and related statutory bodies' requirements.
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
6. Responsible, good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Detail-oriented person.
8. Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
