Job Description
Job Summary: As a Junior Human Resource Personnel, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department's daily operations, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. You will work closely with senior HR members to facilitate a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Participate in employee relations management, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Help manage HR documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for all employees.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, payroll processing, and leave management.
- Support the HR team in organizing company events and activities aimed at boosting employee engagement and morale.
- Stay informed on the latest HR trends, practices, and regulatory changes in Malaysia, suggesting improvements to HR strategies and practices.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in an HR role is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner.
- Proactive, with a keen interest in personal and professional development within the HR field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS systems.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
