In 2021 we were awarded as “Top 3 Most Preferred Employer in Malaysian Shared Services Industry” - by GRADUAN 2021 Job Responsibilities:-The Human Resources Executive will work closely with global employees (from China) by providing HR support in employee life cycle related matters-Ensure the employee’s data is kept accurately and up to date-Update employee’s movement through SAP System (e.g. hiring, transfer, promotion, termination, resignation)-Prepare and ensure HR related documents or letter being signed within defined SLA (e.g. employment contract, performance appraisal template, Verification of Employment letter)-Work closely with country HR and Section Admin on contract renewal and probation process until completion-Provide HR monthly reporting according to scheduled report list and ad-hoc report as and when required-Execute daily /weekly data Quality Control (QC) framework and revert result [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-aspiro-job-junior-human-resources-executive-china-support]
-Candidates possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, psychology, professional certificate or equivalent-Fluency in Mandarin language is a must as this role required to provide HR support to global employees from China-Enthusiastic, detailed oriented and good organization skills-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
