Junior Interior Designer - 2D - Exciting Challenge

Job Scope 

* Assist senior designers in developing detailed drawings and plans for interior design projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
* Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD) to create accurate and well-organized drawings according to project specifications and industry standards.
* Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements, design concepts, and client preferences.
* Contribute to space planning and layout optimization by preparing scaled drawings that reflect design decisions and functional requirements.
* Assist in reviewing building guideline, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance and safety in design documentation.
* Support project documentation and coordination efforts by organizing and maintaining drawing files, revisions, and documentation.
* Participate in design meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed to communicate design intent and address technical issues.
* Assist in preparing material and finish schedules, specifications, and other project-related documentation as required.
* Continuously update and improve drafting skills and knowledge of software tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in drawing production.
* Maintain project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of 2d proposal within project deadlines.
* Perform site visits to assess progress, identify any issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Requirement 
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design,or related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in interior design.
* Proficiency in Cad software such as Autocad.
* Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and furnitures
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production tasks.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Portfolio showcasing relevant visualizations and rendering projects.
