Junior Interior Designer

• Meeting client and produce concept design included Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications based on customer’s needs.
• Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients.
• Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
• Manage project costing.
• Develop self-image by display a high level of customer relations service and professionalism when dealing with customers.
• Work closely with colleagues from relevant departments to follow up on project progress.
• Conduct site visits.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
• Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• Skills: 3D Studio Max & Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Microsoft Excel etc.
• Possess own transport.
