Junior Java Developer

About the job Adhere to Group Procurement Policy, Standards and Procedures, for governance and controls. 
Identify internal and external risk factors that could affect the long-term viability and sustainability of a vendor. 
Create rapport and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders & external vendors, fostering collaboration and synergy. Work closely with vendors to thoughtfully plan changes and growth.
Develop/improve vendor management framework to ensure operations efficiency.
Manage and execute activities to support sourcing of products and services inclusive of strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, leveraging on data. 
Conduct root cause analysis and after action reviews on operational processes. 
Conduct due diligent check on vendor periodically (biennial assessment & also before on-boarding).
Approve Purchase Order (PO) within the Service Level Indicator. 
Perform system setup tasks such as accounting ledger, procurement configurations, procurement agents etc and other administrative operations. 
Contract Management inclusive of checking, updating records and safekeeping. 
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors in driving ESG initiatives.  Requirements:
Ability to work independently – Define, plan and execute. 
Be curious, methodical and focused.
High personal integrity with a degree in business and any other related degree. 
Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision as well as the occasional long hours.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions.
Good in conflict management. 
Team player, able to communicate effectively and good interpersonal skills, able to work under stress to meet deadlines and good in time management. Work Schedule:
