Junior Key Account Manager (1-Year Contract)

Your responsibilities include:

• Creative Asset Development:
  
  
  
  • Assist in creating visual assets and design templates (e.g. banners, promotion briefs, homepage/offers page wireframes, and event page layouts).
  
  
  • Support setup for new product launches, including content localisation and virtual bundle (VBOM) creation.
  
  
  
  


• Content & Merchandising Excellence:
  
  
  
  • Ensure all content and merchandising materials are aligned with regional and DMI (Global) guidelines.
  
  
  • Implement visual and UX best practices to enhance e-boutique appeal and effectiveness.
  
  
  
  


• SEO & Performance Optimization:
  
  
  
  • Coordinate with SVC and SEO agency to support technical SEO fixes and ongoing content optimization across all brand pages.
  
  
  
  


• Customer Experience Enhancement:
  
  
  
  • Collaborate with Customer Service (CS) teams to enhance onsite communication through merchandising strategies, aiming to improve online Net Promoter Score (NPS) and user satisfaction.
  
  
  
  


• Ratings & Reviews Implementation:
  
  
  
  • Manage the rollout and consistency of Ratings & Reviews across all product detail pages (PDPs) to build customer trust and engagement.
  
  
  
  

Who we look for- the ideal profile

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CMS is a plus


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines


• Good communication and coordination skills


• Passion for beauty, luxury, and digital innovation


• Willing to work from the office ( 1 Powerhouse Damansara)
