Job Description:

To prepare sale and purchase agreement for subsale transaction.
To handle, monitor and complete the subsale transaction from beginning until the end
Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm and also uncontested litigation matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) or a member of the Malaysian Bar
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
Preferably able to start immediately or short notice.
Mandarin speaker as the working environment needed.
