Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a CNC, conventional milling machines, wire-cut or lathe machines. Responsible for the programming, machining of all custom-made tooling, jigs and fixtures components for export products to Europe market.
To review set up workpieces, mechanical drawings and specifications to determine setup procedure, machining sequence and dimensions.
To ensure machines are operating at the highest level of productivity appropriate to the assigned project and parts produced is within required specifications and tolerances range of +/-10 to 20 micron
We will train fresh graduates to run the CNC machines. The on-the-job training will take at least 2 years (depending on your ability to learn).
Career perspective: Operator CNC milling (maybe programmer if your performance is very good).

Requirements

Possess at least 1 year of precision 3 axis machining experience.
Minimum Diploma in mechanical engineering, or equivalent with good experience in machining.
Fresh graduates with relevant qualification are encouraged to apply.
Able to understand and interpret technical drawings.
Be very precise and curious to learn new skills and knowledge.
Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Important: Candidate must be willing to work OT and a rotating shift.
Candidates will have to do a test and pass a group interview.
