We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Creative Specialist to join ZUCCA team! Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our graphic design, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create visually compelling content using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator at a basic to intermediate level.
• Assist in photography and videography projects; experience in these areas is a plus.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends, industry standards, and competitor activities.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, particularly those that resonate with our fast-fashion audience.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by managers to support the overall marketing and design efforts.

Requirements:

• A portfolio showcasing your design solutions and demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
• Holds an official Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
• An extroverted and proactive personality with a natural curiosity about the world around you.
• Ability to identify trends, latest events, and marketing opportunities quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and optimize creative processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with basic/intermediate photography and videography.
• Familiarity with additional design tools and software is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in a related field.
