Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices (PO & non-PO) and post accurately in the accounting system
• Execute timely payments to vendors and employee reimbursements
• Handle vendor queries, reconciliations, and invoice discrepancies
• Support month-end closing and basic AP reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local statutory requirements
• Coordinate with procurement and internal stakeholders on invoice issues

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase-to-Pay
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with Xero (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
