Junior Sales Representative 销售 - Competitive Pay

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our beauty FMCG product line. This role will primarily focus on wholesale sales, with an emphasis on online channels. No prior experience is necessary as training and guidance will be provided. The ideal candidate will be based in Semabok, Melaka, and will work from our office on weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls and send online messages to potential wholesale customers to promote and sell our beauty FMCG product.
2. Build and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
4. Utilize online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Marketplaces) effectively to generate leads and close sales.
5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Google Sheets.
 

Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
2. Must be fluent in reading and speaking Chinese (China supplier and Taiwan HQ).
3. Proficiency in Google Sheets 
4. Hardworking attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
8. Work from our office in Semabok, Melaka Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
9. No prior sales experience required training and guidance will be provided.
10. Malaysian citizenship or valid work authorization.
