JUNIOR SECRETARY for PERSATUAN KETURUNAN LIU MALAYSIA
Responsibilities
- Schedule, plan and organise meetings, discussion and appointments
- Prepare, record and distribute minutes of meeting
- Organise, plan and implement activities and events
- Prepare speeches for chairman and honorary presidents
- Liaise with other branches and other associations
- Answering phone calls and handling correspondence
- Maintain records and develop a filling system
- Book travel arrangements
- Oversee membership lists
- Incharge of office supplies and expenses
- update databases and records for financial information and other data.
Requirements
- We seek Mandarin speaker candidates who are require to serve the mandarin speaking clients
- Familiarity with non-profit structure
- Detail-oriented, patient, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative, multi-task, be a team-player, be flexible, adapt to shifting priorities, and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good judgment and ability to function independently.
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, and social media web platforms.
