Junior/Senior Executive (Admin, Hr, Account Department)
Administration
- Manage relationships with office management, external vendors and other service providers.
- Oversee daily administrative operations related to office facilities.
- Direct report to Managing Director and fully assist on day-to-day operation.
Human Resources & Payroll
- Assist in posting job openings and initial candidate screening.
- Process and manage payroll accurately and timely including computing salary, allowances, medical claim, bonus, statutory deductions, monthly expenses claim and others.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR records and databases.
- Support in reviewing and improving HR payroll policies, system and standard operating procedures from time to time.
Account & Finance
- Coordinate with external auditors and implement audit recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Handle routine data entry tasks.
- Support in tracking and recording expenses.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Participate in cross-functional teams.
Learning and Development
- Seek opportunities for professional development.
