JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
SALES
1. To achieve sales target set by company.
2. Promotion planning, and ensure trade spend is within budget.
3. Responsible for the account strategies and business plans for growth.
4. Plan and review on business performance and promotion strategies.
5. Joint Business Plan review with partners; build sales growth and manage all promotion campaigns effectively, delivering value to the business.
6. To identify opportunity to drive improvement in 5P's for the account.
7. Responsible for the yearly sales processes and strategic sales planning with partners.
8. Account receivable for the assign account.
9. Monthly forecast planning when needed.
10. To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.
CUSTOMERS
1. Build trusted relationships with our key partners.
2. Develop key partners and nurture these key relationships.
3. To manage both the partners and our end consumers experience; to be a preferred business partner and be our consumers; first choice brand.
OPERATIONS
1. Plan and regularly visit call our partners.
2. Support superior in managing day to day sales planning, monitoring and operation.
3. Actively work closely with cross functional department to ensure excellent execution.
JOB REQUIREMENT: -
1. Minimum 1-2 years in Key Account management or relevant working experience preferably within an FMCG industry.
2. Computer literate (e.g: Excel, Power Point).
3. Have a close working environment with local chain pharmacies.
4. Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
5. Experience in Planning and Execution.
6. Multitasking with good follow through skills.
7. Possess own transportation.
