Job Description

• Establish strong relationships with existing key partners. 
• Provide strategic account service and resolve any challenge faced by key partners. 
• Update Affiliate partners whenever there is a new marketing campaign. 
• Profile details of new affiliate partners in CRM. 
• Responsible for accurate reporting and analysis by monthly updating. 
• Generate ideas of reward/incentive system to drive Affiliate partners. 

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent. 
• Experience in client servicing, managing key account partners. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field. Competencies: 
• Sensitive to number and good in data analysis. 
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Good problem-solving skills. 
• Self-initiative and think-out-of-the-box
