Job Description

NS Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented individual to join our team!

Do you have a passion for IT and building relationships?

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to manage and enhance our customer database for IT services. You will also play a key role in overseeing the sales pipeline, predicting monthly sales, and uncovering potential business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance customer database for IT services
Oversee sales pipeline, predict monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
Foster positive relationships with customers and partners
Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals
Maintain general knowledge of IT and related components

Job Requirements

Ensure timely follow up on inquiries and to prepare daily call out report, cold calling to existing Dormant & New Account Customer.
Identify daily sales progression and performance with Line Manager.
Monitor sales metrics (Monthly, Quarterly sales result and Annual forecasts)
Sales experience in Commercial IT products is a must. Any experience in Data Center Hosting service, Disaster Recovery and Virtual environment will be strong advantage.
