Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor Degree in any field (preferably Science).
- Preferably 2-3 years sales experience in hospital channel, added advantage if experienced with Oncology/Immunology/Hematology/Neurology/Endocrinology portfolios.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient communication skills with competency to engage with high level decision maker for listing and ensure seamless internal communication for positive collaborations.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies, ensuring the product remains competitive throughout its lifecycle to optimize revenue and accelerate market penetration.
- Establishing and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs for product advocacy and endorse treatment regime.
- Plan and implement territorial Sales & Marketing, and accounts strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals
- Organize and attend symposiums, conferences, CMEs and other events relevant to build brands awareness and KOLs.
