Penerangan Pekerjaan - Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Skilled Negotiations as to build the lifetime value of their retailers. In order to do this, they not only need to sell to the retailers but also negotiate Trading Term etc.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major retailers to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Excellent Campaign / Project Execution and Project Management as it must be able to juggle multiple retailers, delegate and manage assignments, and keep strategic account plans on track. 
  • Expand the relationships with existing retailers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Value-Based Selling as this role needs to effectively communicate the value of our offering both strategically and financially to our retailers. This role will also need to curate offerings can create more value for their key accounts, helping them to sell more effectively and retain long-term relationships.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key retailers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by retailers and deal with complaints to maintain trust while keeping to the company & team’s business objectives and values.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. 
     

Job Requirements

  • Degree in management, sales, or other relevant fields. A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. 
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Account Management or Territory / Regional Sales. 
  • Having minimum of 3 years working experience in similar capacity. 
  • Strong account planning & relationship mapping skills.
  • Managing major national accounts at head office level.
  • Analytical, Resourceful and Discipline. 
  • Appreciate and practices integrity. 
  • Understand and able to use Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook.
