We are desiring to recruit a resilient Key Account Manager / Account Manager (Sales) to join our energetic team at Swagelok Malaysia in Puchong, Selangor.

Summary of Position

Accountable for the achievement of individual sales targets by maintaining and growing existing accounts (e.g. key accounts/complex accounts), and source for new business opportunities. Accountable to grow the business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Maintains and grow existing account by understand customer needs and provide provide excellent customer service, reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction

through all stages of sales process. At the same time, building good relationship with the customers,

2. Source for new business opportunities by understanding key decision makers,client dynamics and competitor’s products.

3. Works closely with the customer service team to ensure efficient products supply chain and with the Services and Solutions sales team for services opportunities. Drive collaboration, team selling and

communication between departments to meet customer expectation,

4. Prepare and continuously update customer account development plans, set, track and achieve agreed sales targets, aligned with company objectives. At the same time, suggest actions to improve sales

performance and identify opportunities for growth and profit.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering; Instrumentation, Mechatronic, Mechanical or Chemical
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  3. Enthusiastic and passionate
  4. Excellent analytical,organizational and time management skills are essential along with excellent presentation skills.
