1. Meet/ exceed all sales plans & targets.
2. Prospoect for new customers & expand the customer base in North America & European Union regions.
3. Translate customer needs into project proposals & quotes. Organise & expediantly prepare project proposals & quotes.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop project specifications, time frames, costs & selling prices.
5. Attend & contribute to shows, exhibitions & conferences as required.
6. Support customer factory visits & FATs.
7. Maintain good working relationships with company members, channel partners & customers.
8. Communicate improvements, opportunities & competitive information as needed.
9. Uphold professionalism & integrity in all interavtions.
10. Actively seek personal development beyond provided/ required training.

3. Willingness to travel more than 50% & to be stationed in North America & EU regions for an extensive period if needed.
4. Strong mathemaical & reasoning abilities.

6. Persentation skills & experience in corporate environments. Comfortable representing complex technical solutions with confidence.
7. Fast learner with a good understanding of equipment manufacturing & automation.
8. Self motivated, able to work independently & problem solving skills.
9. BA/BS degree, preferably Engineering background.
10. Sales & Application experiencewith automation & manufacturing industry. Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
11. Proficient in English.
12. Excellent communication skills, both spoken & written.
13. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
