Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

This position is directly responsible for the development, growth and maintenance of most strategic accounts and is the single point of accountability for the key Enterprise clients.

What are you accountable for?

  • Develop and formulate strategic and tactical plans in a bigger market portfolio. Ensure KPI and goals of the assigned accounts in the portfolio are met
  • Leading all aspects of account management and new business development activities including strategy development & tactical execution, setting account goals and objectives, driving efforts to achieve it
  • Work with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, finance, network and sales) to differentiate ourselves and enhance our competitiveness
  • Build market position in the assigned account by identifying potential business deals and closing relationship with existing and new customers
  • Working closely with Solution Channels Manager and Identifying new solutions for all assigned customers for sustainable account growth

What do you need to have for this role?

  • Tertiary education in relevant field of study
  • Ideal candidate should be with minimum 5 – 7 years of progressive experience in FMCG/IT/Technology business and key account management in either sales or marketing field
  • Good working knowledge in using CRM system
  • Ability to influence and successfully lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Dynamic builder of relationships with key customers and operations
