Key Account Manager - Get Hired Fast

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing key client relationships to drive revenue and market share within the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
2. Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for market expansion, promotional activities, and strategic partnership within existing accounts.
3. Implement strategies to ensure timely and efficient collection of payments from customers, monitoring account receivable and following on overdue account, as necessary.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, food safety quality, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
5. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
6. Provide updates and reports to management on sales performance, promotion activities, customer collection, challenges, market trends and etc.
7. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring prominent levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; with a minimum of 5 years of experience within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of success in key account management within the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of consumer goods.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
