We are seeking a seasoned, results -oriented Key Account Manager to take full ownership of managing and scaling assigned major modern trade and retail pharmacy accounts. This role is responsible for driving category growth by seamlessly executing promotions, product listings, and new launches. The ideal candidate will maintain meticulous oversight over sales performance, A&P trade spend, and end -to -end operational workflows—ensuring optimal stock availability, order fulfillment, and claim resolutions through close collaboration with cross -functional internal teams.
Proactively manage and expand assigned modern trade and pharmacy portfolios to deliver annual sales targets and continuous category growth.
Cultivate and sustain strong, high -value professional relationships with category buyers, merchant teams, and store operations personnel.
Develop and lead comprehensive business reviews, sales forecasting models, and performance analysis reports for management review.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, new product listings, and commercial launches with meticulous attention to detail.
Rigorously track sales performance, market distribution, and optimize allocated A&P (Advertising & Promotion) trade spend budgets.
Monitor localized market trends, consumer shifts, and competitor commercial activities to identify potential business opportunities or risks.
Ensure swift, timely follow -up on purchase orders (POs), logistics deliveries, stock availability, and invoice payment collections.
Seamlessly manage, validate, and process commercial trade claims without delays.
Coordinate tightly with internal supply chain, finance, and marketing departments to ensure flawless execution of all account -related activities.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of solid, proven experience within FMCG sales or key account management.
Account Portfolio: Direct, hands -on experience managing at least one major tier -1 retail pharmacy account in Malaysia, such as Watsons or Guardian.
Core Competencies: Exceptional coordination, execution, and proactive follow -up skills. Possesses strong commercial communication, negotiation, and reporting capabilities.
Work Style: Highly independent, hard -working, and resilient in a fast -paced environment.
Working Arrangement: Fully comfortable with flexible working hours; structured under a hybrid setup of 4 days Work -From -Office (WFO) and 1 day Work -From -Home (WFH).
