. Reporting to Head of Business Development
· To explore new business opportunity
· To LIST-IN FULL RANGE of company products
· To develop sales according to target given and within time frame
· To travel within Malaysia and Overseas if required
· To work closely with the Business Development team, Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives and targets
· Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
· Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
· Expand the relationships with existing KA customers and new KA customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
· Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
· Establish a high level of rapport with KA customers/buyers as well as provide accurate and timely information for decision making purposes.
· To prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
· Meeting objective set by Company on Retail Performance Standard - coverage, distribution, pricing, shelving & merchandising.
· Conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate promotion effectiveness and identify business opportunities as well as conduct business reviews to customer and company.
· To review and evaluate sales performance of each KA customer assigned and recommend relevant strategies to grow the business.
· To work with a team of merchandisers to achieve sales goals, DSO and 5P's expectation of the company.
· Contact and respond to current and prospective KA customers to sell and explain products and services.
· To attend and help to solve issue when customers feedback.
· Prepare and present proposals within time frame.
· Demonstrate products with confident and knowledge.
· Initiates prepare quotation and follow-up with customers/clients to solve problems and/or for both local and export market and answer questions.
· Attend sales seminars, meetings, or education activities to stay up to date on the latest developments and trends in the marketplace.
· Consistently reviewing, evaluating, and discussing alternative recommendations in order to maximize return on investment.
· Providing full support to the National Sales Manager in the development of the brands through the coordinated use of specified elements of the marketing mix.
· Able to perform tasks assign by the Head of Business Development as and when needed.
· To assist the National Sales Manager in conducting market survey and market research on various fast moving consumer products
· To assist in the formulation of trade marketing plan, such as various trade marketing campaigns to increase market share, sales volume, and brand recognition
· To liaise and co-operate with all Key Customer to coordinate efforts in promoting the products and increasing sales volume
