About the role

As a Kids for All Seasons Attendant (Kids Club Attendant), you will be responsible for delivering a safe, fun, and engaging experience for children staying at the resort. You will organize and lead age-appropriate activities, ensure a clean and welcoming environment, and uphold the highest standards of safety and guest service in line with luxury resort expectations.

What you will do

• Welcome children and their families in a warm and friendly manner. Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times within the Kids Club.
•  Organize and conduct fun, educational, and engaging indoor and outdoor activities (e.g., arts & crafts, games, storytelling, nature walks).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all Kids Club areas, equipment, and toys
• Handle incidents calmly and appropriately following safety and emergency protocols.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or incidents to the Supervisor promptly.

What you bring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with children and families
• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience working with children in an educational, recreational, or hospitality setting.
• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or related field required.
• Creative, patient, energetic, and highly responsible.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Mandarin, Russian or French .
