Kindergarten / Daycare Teacher (Education) - Get Hired Fast

Job Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning: Prepare lesson plans and learning goals for the children in alignment with the school syllabus to promote a stimulating learning environment. Able to create lesson plan / teaching material using basic computer skill.

Child Care & Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure the safety and hygiene of the children at all times. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of facilities and classrooms, creating a healthy space for both students and staff.

Event Participation: Actively involve in planning and participate in school events, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to enhance the overall educational experience.

Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their children's progress and well-being in the classroom, maintaining strong and positive relationships.

Mandarin Skills: Able to read, write & speak is required to facilitate effective communication with students and parents.

Others: Social Media Savvy

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree or equivalent academic qualification (Early Childhood Education is preferred)
• English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (able to Read, Write & Speak in Mandarin are highly preferred for this position)
• Have patience, passion in education & sense of responsibility
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Zoom & Google Meet)
• Good classroom management - being flexible; for example, spending more time on teaching skills that children need more help
