Mission
Complete all tasks given ensure high quality and taste of food (4/5) in your stations
Key outcomes
- Complete every single task given according to prep list and check list.
- Know your station’s products thoroughly, including the taste and method of cooking.
- Ensure food consistency and high-quality standards are met at your station.
- Follows the rules and regulations of the company.
- Ensure sufficient stock and storage space at all times at your station.
- Ensure high level of cleanliness of your station and yourself.
- Maintain punctuality at all times.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring sufficient stock and storage at all times.
- Forecast and update any item 86 to HOD and Floor supervisor daily.
- Report to HOD weekly
- Ensure a high level of kitchen cleanliness.
- Daily cleaning report
- Weekly cleaning report
- Update end of day report daily.
- Ensuring kitchen crew follow all company’s rules and regulations.
- Ensuring kitchen crew productivity.

- Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Complete all checklists given.

- Steak chill list
- Staff meal
- Ensure kitchen crew follow the SOPs given.
- Ensure effective outlet communication by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties given by the Management Team to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant.

Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Culinary Art / Food Management / Food Technologies / Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Required to have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in fine dining restaurant supervisory role.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Advance culinary skills
- Basic administrative skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
