Lab Administrator, Memory Technology Lab - with Great Benefits

Support all activities as below but not limited to:

• Lead, build and continuously enhance performance, projects, innovation & productivity of engineering lab.
• Manage and responsible for all aspect of lab activities & lab assets include fleet of test equipment, chambers and tools that is critical for engineering activities including deployment/installation/setup of new/transfer equipment, upgrade, infrastructure readiness, space readiness, excellence equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, calibration, resolve equipment failure/lab related issue, tracking, inventory and documentation, dispose equipment/material, coordinate with external/internal support services, budget management & etc
• Act as a liaison within and cross functional team(EHS, Security, IT, IE, Finance & etc).
• Analyze and effectively communicate lab related issues and make recommendations for next steps.
• Manage the lab layout and movement of tools, equipment, and inventory as necessary.
• Establish and ensure the lab comply to all compliances and policies – EHS, Security, IT, Finance, etc.
• Ability to plan, schedule & coordinate within lab team and cross functional team.
• Result orientate and meticulously organize lab.
• Work closely with stakeholder & partner to quickly navigate and resolve issue or potential roadblocks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or equivalent work experiences.
• Minimum 7 years of working experiences in managing engineering lab & strong technical and theoretical knowledge of engineering lab operation.
• Understand cross-functional working environment and ability to influence and deliver the appropriate solutions to achieve target.
• Experience with managing/working with technician/engineer, documentation, tracking, inventory management, quality system, space optimization, equipment deployment, IT, security compliances, etc
• Familiar with equipment (tester, chamber, DUT card, etc) operation, setup, assembly, test, debug and apply logical methods of resolution.
• Independent and ability to lead meetings with internal team, suppliers and drive program closure.
• Strong problem solver, multitasking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Prefer working experience in semiconductor (esp Drive/Flash) or Electrical/Electronic manufacturing industry or familiar with SMT and final assembly production.
• Must be willing to take on added responsibilities and challenges.
