Responsibilities and Tasks:

Operate and Maintain Equipment:

• Monitor and operate multiple machines.
• Use computer-based programs and applications.
• Provide machine coverage during breaks.
• Verify accurate machine logging.
• Communicate equipment performance discrepancies.

Troubleshoot Problems with Equipment and Product:

• Log machines when necessary.
• Prioritize machine alarms.
• Use problem-solving skills to identify and suggest resolutions.
• Communicate issues to appropriate personnel.

Ensure Quality of Process and Product:

• Run equipment based on current process requirements.
• Perform machine checks, buddy checks, and surveillance.
• Identify deviations and apply appropriate codes.
• Verify lot information in product tracking systems.
• Perform SPC checks and enter accurate data.
• Prevent scrap by using proper handling methods.
• Organize workstations and suggest improvements.

Demonstrate Initiative:

• Perform tasks on time and follow through with commitments.
• Remain productive during idle times.
• Contribute to area cleanliness.

Contribute to a Safe and Compliant Work Environment:

• Identify and report hazards.
• Follow safety procedures and area work rules.
• Operate and maintain equipment within guidelines.
• Use proper lifting techniques and work ergonomically.

Requirements:

• Basic English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).
• Minimum education level: SPM or equivalent
