A. Job Description:
1. Total Rewards Strategy & Policy
Formulate, review, and implement compensation and benefits policies aligned with organizational objectives and market best practices.
Design and maintain competitive remuneration structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
2. Compensation Management
Lead the annual salary review, salary market adjustments, and promotion-related pay processes.
Guide compensation offers for new hires, promotions, and special adjustments, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
3. Benefits Administration
Oversee the design, review, and administration of employee benefits, including medical & insuarnce coverage, allowances, and other perks.
Assess benefits programs for cost-effectiveness, competitiveness, and employee satisfaction.
Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms.
4. Compliance & Governance
Ensure all programs comply with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.
Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation for audits and management reviews.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations on compensation trends, cost planning, and rewards effectiveness.
Prepare approval papers and reports for the Board, Committees, and management.
6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and develop the Compensation & Benefits team for high-quality delivery and professional growth.
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to address total rewards queries and provide expert advice.
B. Level of Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
C. Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compensation & benefits or a related field.
D. Specialised Knowledge:
Deep knowledge of compensation strategies, employee benefit plans, and market trends.
E. Key Skills:
1. Analytical & Data Skills
The ability to analyze complex data, conduct quantitative and qualitative research, and understand market trends.
2. Technical Proficiency
Expertise in HR databases, reporting tools, and advanced use of software like Microsoft Excel.
3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent abilities to communicate complex information, negotiate effectively, build relationships, influence stakeholders, and provide guidance to management.
4. Strategic Thinking
The ability to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives, manage budgets, and drive transformation in the compensation domain.
5. Compliance & Legal Knowledge
A thorough understanding of relevant employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements for compensation and benefits.
6. Project Management
Experience leading complex projects, such as comprehensive compensation reviews or the implementation of new benefit programs.
