Lead Engineer - Software Quality Assurance & Validation

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and enhance post-silicon validation tools and environments, ensuring high reliability and performance of test systems through automation, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize software tools for post-silicon validation.

• Ensure tool quality with rigorous testing before production release.

• Drive continuous improvements in validation environments and methodologies.

• Collaborate with global teams to implement efficient validation strategies.

• Stay updated with trends in test software and validation best practices.

• Address internal customer requests and document technical requirements.

• Contribute to robust automation frameworks for unit, integration, and performance testing.

• Support software and hardware debugging where necessary.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in test software engineering.

• Proficient in C#; knowledge of TypeScript, Python, Matlab, C++, C is a plus.

• Experience with test automation tools and validation techniques.

• Hands-on debugging experience (software and hardware).

• Familiarity with electronics, test & measurement equipment, and methods.

• Exposure to AI/ML fundamentals is advantageous.

• Fluent English skills required; German language skills are a plus.
