Lead Interior Designer (Hospitality) - Join a Market Leader

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of interior design projects within the hospitality sector. 
• Lead a team of designers and collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet the client's vision, budget, and timeline. 
• Work closely with HOD, Lead a team of interior designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout all project phases for hospitality scope.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints for hospitality projects, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and other hospitality establishments.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to clients.
• Development of detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, renderings, and specifications. 
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and integration of interior design elements with architectural and structural components.
• Source and select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the project's design concept, budget, and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure that design intent is being implemented accurately.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, change orders, and budget reports.

Requirement
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design,or related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in hospitality design, including hotels, restaurants, and resorts.
* Proficiency in Cad software such as Autocad, Adobe creative suites, plus point for 3ds max with vray.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to travel to project sites and attend client meetings as required.
