Lead, SME Sales SPM - Sales Capability Development MY

• Partner with the leadership team and HR to embed capability programs into broader talent agenda 


• Responsible to co‑create and refine training content, as well as deliver sales capability training experiences with HR includes but not limited to coaching the sales frontlines and managers 


• Observe skill execution and gaps in staff performance to provide timely, actionable, developmental feedback


• Monitor training effectiveness and capability progress through observation, feedback, and input to defined tracking methods


• Capture post training insights and address the gaps for continuous improvement of the training programs 


• Provide recommendations to strengthen future program design, deployment readiness and communications


• Partner with the leadership team to close gaps through targeted training, coaching and reinforcement


• Build strong, trust‑based partnerships with sales leadership and frontline teams


• Collaborate with Sales Management team 


• Support onboarding experiences for new joiners and sales managers through training delivery, reinforcement and coaching

Requirement

• Strong business acumen and understanding of frontline execution 


• Experience in sales and sales capability development


• Ability to build training roadmaps, learning curricular and blended learning solutions


• Excellent presentation and strong communication skills


• Strong collaboration skills across functions


• Familiarity in learning management systems, digital learning platforms and e-learning tools
