Main Job Scope:
Required to perform L&D duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.
Duties (Key Responsibilities):
- Provide assistance for all L&D activities, including needs analysis, planning, co-ordinating, scheduling, communicating, evaluating and following up on the company's L&D initiatives.
- Assist with the design and/or adaptation of training programmes. Deliver programmes to target audiences, particularly at graduate and junior levels.
- Manage the Induction programme for all new joiners.
- Assist with annual graduate recruitment campaigns, including attending campus talks to promote graduate training schemes, supporting assessment and selection process of potential recruits.
- Assist to manage and monitor staff development and university internship programmes.
- Establish and maintain training records across all business units.
- Prepare documents for CPD matters and compile data for reporting purposes.
- Check & process employee monthly reimbursement claims.
- Assist with any other initiatives and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours):
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Familiar with HRDC grant applications/HRDC grant administration.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Able to work using own initiative to drive projects forward.
- Flexible and able to adapt to change, prioritise and work effectively in an organization.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
- Detail oriented and conscientious.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to form and maintain strong internal and external networks, a team player.
