We have an exciting role in the financial technology sector. Our client is currently seeking a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join their team. In this key position, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing impactful training programs aligned with organizational goals.

Main responsibilities: 

1. Analyze global business development and merchant service needs to develop tailored training programs. Establish talent competency model and internal trainer selection system. Execute strategies aligned with team goals, optimizing programs and tracking effectiveness.
2. Design training for global network team, blending online/offline methods like pre-job and on-the-job empowerment training. Ensure seamless content implementation and enhance effectiveness.
3. Conduct regular training surveys, analyze feedback, and manage organization-wide training processes. Integrate internal/external resources for a robust global training network.

Requirements: 

1.  3-5 years of experience in large-scale contact center service or training management, preferably in a cross-border contact center. Team management experience and understanding of service system architecture required.
2. Strong operational foundation and systematic thinking in job operations. Familiarity with project operation workflow and ability to independently undertake complex project coordination. Adaptability to high-concurrency project operations.
3. Global perspective with the ability to plan and operate training projects for various global industries. Excellent project management skills to achieve desired business results.
4. Excellent internal and external reporting skills with clear and organized logical thinking.
5. Language requirement: Must be proficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing)
