Leasing Executive, Casual Leasing Executive (Mall) - Fast Hire

Responsibilities:

• Tenant Acquisition : Identify and attract potential tenants through various channels. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify leasing opportunities.
• Lease negotiation and renewal: Negotiate lease terms with new and existing tenants, including rental rates, lease duration, and other key conditions. Work towards renewals of leases to ensure continued occupancy.
• Tenant relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants. Address tenants' needs and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing department to develop strategies for promoting available spaces. Participant in trade shows, networking events, and other activities to attract potential tenants.
• Documentation and Compliance : Ensure all leasing activities are properly documented and comply with local laws and regulations. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on leasing activities.
• Market analysis : Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and potential impacts on the mall's leasing strategy.
• Tenant mix and placement : Work with the leasing team to develop and maintain an optimal tenant mix that meets the mall's strategic goals. Determine the best placement for tenants within the mall to maximise foot traffic and sales.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience in leasing, real estate or related field, preferably in the retail section or mall management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property management software.
