Job Responsibilities 

• Assist in the management of lease agreements for commercial properties.
• Coordinate lease negotiations and renewals with landlords and property owners. 
• Maintain accurate and organized lease documentation, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Prepare and review lease contracts and related documents.
• Act as a liaison between the company and tenants.
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct periodic inspections of leased properties to ensure compliance with lease terms.
• Coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs with relevant departments.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leasing opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to support leasing strategies.
• Assist in financial analysis related to leasing, including rent calculations and budgeting.

Job Requirement 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. 
• Previous experience in leasing or property management is advantageous. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Ability to build positive relationships with landlords, property owners, and tenants.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. 
• Basic negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements. 
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization.
