Duties & Responsibilities

1. To plan and organize marketing activities to promote the company’s unsold units.
2. To source for potential buyers and tenants for unsold units and preparation on relevant documents.
3. To appoint and monitor agent for the sale/rent of the company’s unsold units.
4. Monitors and reports on tenants’ activities, and provides relevant management information.
5. Responsible for all matters relating to tenancy agreement.
6. Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum at least 1- 2 years of working experience in a related field is required.
• Candidate possesses at least a Diploma, Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Computer literate of written & spoken English & B. Malaysia.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Power Point,Excel & Word).
• Highly creative, self-motivated and has ability to work independently.
