Leasing Manager

Job Description:

• Develop leasing business opportunities with potential tenants.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends.
• Work closely with finance department to establish and maintain monitoring mechanisms of tenants, aiming to maximize income efficiency.
• Recommend expansion or closure of outlets based on performance analysis.
• Provide recommendations on partnership strategies, including new business models, site availability, space revision, rental rates, and tenancy terms.
• Propose promotion activities to increase partners' sales and traffic.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and promotion activities for future programs planning.

Requirement:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Economy or Degree in Property Management from recognized institution
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience in Marketing or Property Management preferably in retail business development, malls and F&B Business
• Interpersonal Skills (Communication & network building) 
• Marketing Skill
