Leasing & Marketing Executive - Generous Compensation

You will

• Assist Leasing & Marketing Manager in organizing and supervising all the tasks that facilities the smooth running of the department

What do we need you to do?

• To source suitable tenants, initiate discussions with potential tenants, negotiate and finalize the Tenancy Agreement, and other related terms and conditions, respectively.
• To liaise and negotiate with existing tenants on renewal terms and conditions for tenancy agreements.
• To attend to tenancy-related matters, be proactive in responding and follow up by maintaining a good landlord-tenant relationship.
• To conduct regular checks of premises to ensure tenants comply with all terms and rules stipulated in the Tenancy Agreement.
• To plan and implement marketing activities, advertising, and promotional events.
• To be involved in marketing surveys by studying property leasing and market trends analysis for rental rates, occupancy rates, and competitors' commercial or retail developments.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by HOD.

What do we need from you?

• Preferably with Degree/Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Systematic, organized, meticulous and independent.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Melayu.
