Responsibilities:
- Rental negotiation, execution, and management of leases and Tenancy Agreement
- Good negotiation skills and maintaining strong rapport with landlord and agency
- Review and recommend store expansion
- Ability to analyze financial reports and prepare business cases for store expansion submission
- Involve in the presentation of new business cases to top management
- Store expansion P&L analysis, forecast, and cost management for service providers, landlords and other outlet-related overheads.
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities and coordinate business generation related activities for overall group expansion plans.
- Manage sales planning and forecasting; propose and execute short and long-term outlet business development plans.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Property, Management, Real Estate or Business Studies/ Admin/ Management & possess a tertiary qualification of at least 3 years' experience in similar capacity.
- Experienced in leasing & property management within retail industry.
- Possess own transport, able to travel
- Good planning management & able to prioritize multiple projects and consistently work within tight deadlines
