Qualifications & experience

• Fresh Master or Bachelor degree graduates. Diploma/DKM holder or retiree with extensive experience as chef/designer/marketer are welcome.

Tasks & responsibilities

• 1. Conduct practical skills training in culinary, bakery, pastry and hospitality. Familiar various cooking techniques and cuisine as well as cake and bread preparation. Know-how in various kitchen utensil, barista and beverages. (for Culinary/Pastry lecturer position)
• 2. Conduct practical skills training in 2D and 3D graphic design, video editing, animation, game creation, website, database and motion graphic. (for Multimedia Design lecturer position)
• 3. Conduct practical skills techniques in advertising at various social media platforms. Familiar with SEO, SMM and e-Commerce. (for Digital Marketing lecturer position)
