General Requirements:

- Possess recognised PHD, Masters and/or relevant professional qualifications in one of the following areas listed.

- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Familiar with MQA requirements and specifications.

-Well-versed in OBE and MQA documentation.

- Good presentation skills with good command in written and spoken English.

-This position is open for Junior Lecturer and Senior Lecturer.

- Candidates with no teaching experience but has high enthusiasm and passion in teaching are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in facilitating the teaching and learning.

- To teach in the areas allocated by the Head of Academic.

- To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum.

- To monitor and report student progress in term of academic performance, achievement and attendance.

- To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
