Lecturer-Business Studies/Marketing/Management (Mandarin Proficiency Preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• To design and deliver lectures/workshops/seminars in an interesting adult learning environment
• To assist in general administration, coordination, academic counselling and student mentoring
• To actively provide inputs and suggestions in reviewing of existing/new programmes
• To assist in modules/contents/exam questions/assignments/marketing materials development
• To fulfill the role of a dedicated student mentor for our students
• To evaluate and assess academic program performances and outcomes
• To conduct research and stay up-to-date with new trends and developments in education
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication with international students
• Other additional tasks given by Management from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a master’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• Good command of English and Chinese Language 
• Experience working in higher education environment or a qualified industrial trainer with a track record of teaching experience
• Professional knowledge of curriculum development 
• Strong commitment and passionate in teaching young adults of diverse backgrounds
• Positive attitude towards work and people
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Available - full time/part time
